Illinois Power Agency Releases Final Draft Indexed Storage Credit Contract, Preliminary Proposal Requirements
The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) announces the release of the final drafts of the Indexed Storage Credit (ISC) contract and Preliminary Proposal Requirements for the IPA's August 2026 energy storage procurement. Both documents and the invitation to comment can be found on the Procurement Administrator's Draft Documents page.
Comments on the draft ISC contract and proposal requirements are due Monday, June 15, 2026 should be sent to [email protected].
REMINDER - This is the final round of comments on the documents, which will be finalized and published on June 29, 2026.
