New Chapter 7 Panel Trustees for the Middle District of Georgia

Acting U.S. Trustee Guy A. Van Baalen is pleased to announce the appointment of three (3) new Chapter 7 panel trustees for the Middle District of Georgia: ANNA M. HUMNICKY, FIFE M. WHITESIDE and DANIEL L. WILDER.
The new trustees will be trained by U.S. Trustee Program officers and by current panel trustees Walter Kelley and Joy Webster. The U.S. Trustee's Macon office anticipates the new trustees will begin receiving case assignments by December 1, 2026.
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the U.S. Trustee's office extend a warm welcome to the new trustees.
