Hector International Airport's airline passenger traffic in May showed an increase when compared to the same month in 2024. In May 2025, the passenger enplanements were 47,983. This is an increase of 8% when compared to the May 2024 passenger enplanements of 44,457. The previous record May was set in 2024. This is the 14th consecutive month of record enplanements.
The total passenger count for the month was 97,193 which is up 7% over the same period last year.
There were 626 air carrier departures with an average of 89 seats per flight in May and an average of 3,135 total daily passengers.
