Motorists are advised that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will implement the following overnight ramp closures on Interstate 95 (I-95) in Brevard County beginning as early as Monday, May 11.
These closures are necessary to complete paving operations for the I-95 resurfacing projects.
The work schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
FDOT advises motorists to remain alert and follow all posted detour signs. Please see the attached detour maps for additional details.
Overnight Ramp Closure at I-95 Interchange at Malabar Road
Monday, May 11, to Thursday, May 14: The northbound I-95 on-ramp from Malabar Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, concluding on Friday morning, May 15.

Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at S.R. 50
Wednesday, May 13: The off-ramp from southbound I-95 to S.R. 50 (Exit 215) will be closed overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, May 14.
· Motorists traveling southbound on I-95 who wish to access S.R. 50 should continue south and exit at S.R. 407 (Exit 212). From there, turn left onto S.R. 407 and proceed to the northbound I-95 on-ramp. Proceed north to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).
Thursday, May 14: The on-ramp from S.R. 50 to southbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, Friday, May 15.
· Motorists traveling on S.R. 50 who wish to access southbound I-95 should enter northbound I-95 from S.R. 50 and travel north to exit at Garden Street (S.R. 406) (Exit 220). From there, turn left onto westbound Garden Street and proceed to the southbound I-95 on-ramp.
