Lane closures scheduled on Interstate 64 East between the Nitro and St. Albans exits have been postponed due to inclement weather.
The eastbound right shoulder, right auxiliary lane, right slow lane, and right middle lane will now be closed on I-64 east between mile marker 43 and mile marker 45 beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to allow for milling and paving on the WV 25 eastbound approach ramp. Closures had been scheduled for Monday, December 8, 2025.
One eastbound lane will remain open. A stop sign will be temporarily place on the eastbound St. Albans on ramp, but the eastbound Nitro exit ramp will remain open.
Work is expected to take a few hours.
