At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Reily Liriano Elena, 23, of 2609 Aquaduck Avenue, Bronx New York for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle 2.) Reckless Driving - 1st Offense 3.) Failure to Stop for Accident - Attended Vehicle (3 counts) and 4.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident and subsequent apprehension of the fleeing suspects. Liriano Elena was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Henry Batista Mackensy, 22, of 2265 University Avenue, Bronx, New York for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident and subsequent apprehension of the fleeing suspects. Batista Mackensy was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Anderson Torres Cepin, 24, of 2277 Andrews Avenue Apt F, Bronx, New York for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident and subsequent apprehension of the fleeing suspects. Torres Cepin was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 1:29 PM, Troopers arrested Jason Vargas Gomez, 25, of 2333 Loring Place, Bronx, New York for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident and subsequent apprehension of the fleeing suspects. Vargas Gomez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 11:35 PM, Troopers arrested Nikolas Castro, 26, of 123 Lockhaven Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Uknown - 1st Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test - 2nd Offense and 3.) Ignition Interlock System Required - 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Castro was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:47 PM, Troopers arrested Erickson Garcia Rodriguez, 39, of 81 Dixon Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a 1.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment, Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Garcia Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 1:27 AM, Troopers arrested Noah Torres, 27, of 10 Tuxedo Avenue Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island on 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge for Driving with Suspended License originating out of the Rhode Island State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks. Torres was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:40 AM, Troopers arrested Isaiah Ortiz, 23, of 241 Rand Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Domestic Violence - Unlawful Breaking/ Entering and 2.) Vandalism originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City Providence. Ortiz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.

At 2:44 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Leon, 25, of 83 Ortoleva Drive, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C .10-.15 - First Offense (Phase I: .137% and Phase II: .138%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. Leon was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult, with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
