Belarusian Airborne Troops Arrive in China to Participate in Joint Swift Eagle – 2026 Exercise

Personnel of the Special Operations Forces units of the Armed Forces of Belarus have arrived in China to participate in the joint Swift Eagle - 2026 exercise. The flight took approximately 24 hours.

Following their arrival, the service personnel made a march to a training range of the Airborne Troops of the People's Liberation Army of China in Hubei Province. A formal opening ceremony for the exercise was held, along with a demonstration of the military equipment to be used during the exercise and the obtaining of weapons.

The combined unit now faces several stages of training and joint activities with Chinese service personnel. The exercise will continue until almost the end of August.
