W. Club Boulevard Corridor Utility Rehabilitation Project Two-Week Look Ahead

The contractor, Moffat Pipe, Inc., has completed work on Ninth Street between Safeway and W. Knox streets. This roadway is no open with no detours.
Here's the two-week look ahead for this project. Please note that this work schedule may be affected by weather.
September 29-October 3, 2025
Crews 1 & 2 - Both crews will be working on W. Club Boulevard between Alabama Avenue and Maryland Avenue to install water services on both sides of W. Club Boulevard.
October 6-10, 2025
Crews 1 & 2 - Both crews will be working on W. Club Boulevard to install water services. Waterline installation work on Oakland Avenue is anticipated to begin on Thursday, October 9.
- Crews will tie in the waterline at the Ninth Street/W. Club Boulevard intersection during the week of October 6-10, which is expected to take one day. A detour route map and specific schedule for that work will be released on Wednesday, October 1.
Road closure information
An active temporary road closure remains in place on W. Club Boulevard between Alabama Avenue and Maryland Avenue.
