Forensic Review to be Conducted in 1969 Homicide Case

Cold Case Unit detectives this morning attended the exhumation of 1969 homicide victim Nora Kathylene "Kathy" Jones. Kathy was 12 years old when she was found deceased in an empty lot at 2806 Grandview Avenue. Additional information about the circumstances surrounding her murder can be found here: https://nashvillecoldcase.gov/1969-124859-nora-kathylene-jones/

A forensic review by the Medical Examiner's Office, using technology not available in the 1960s, will be conducted in an effort to further the investigation.
