Man charged with felony for stealing items from parked vehicles

INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED: Daniel S. Murray Age: 43 Address: Chestertown, NY
INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Daniel S. Murray was arrested for Grand Larceny the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony, after an investigation conducted by the Sheriff's Office. It is alleged that Murray stole property from a parked vehicle in the month of July.
Murray is being held on separate charges at the Washington County Correctional Facility and will appear in the Town of Kingsbury Court on September 17th, 2025 for arraignment.
