ETIAS Fundamental Rights Guidance Board meets

FRA took part at a meeting of the ETIAS Fundamental Rights Guidance Board which took place on 25 and 26 June in Warsaw. During the meeting, the Board discussed the methodology of the screening rules, the criteria for the ex-ante assessment of the risk indicators and the 2024 annual report.

The Guidance Board has an advisory function.

In its work it has mainly focused on the implementation of the fundamental rights safeguards in the ETIAS Regulation.
