The BLAZE Mentoring Program is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 scholarship awards, providing a total of $28,000 in scholarships to 28 graduating seniors across Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), and Middle Tennessee.

Celebrating five years of scholarship impact, the BLAZE Mentoring Program has awarded a cumulative total of $58,000 in scholarships to students across Nashville who demonstrate leadership, perseverance, community involvement, and a commitment to continuing their education.

The 2026 BLAZE Scholarship, sponsored by the Nashville Predators Foundation, awarded eight graduating MNPS seniors with $1,000 scholarships. The Nashville Predators Foundation has remained a longstanding partner in helping BLAZE recognize and support students pursuing higher education opportunities.

In celebration of the program's fifth year of scholarships, AT&T partnered with BLAZE to present the inaugural AT&T "BLAZE High Five Scholars" award. Through this partnership, 20 additional graduating seniors across Middle Tennessee were selected to receive $1,000 scholarships to support their transition to college and continued educational pursuits.

"Five years ago, we simply wanted to create opportunities for students who deserved to be seen, celebrated, and supported," said Kendra Taylor, Founder of the BLAZE Mentoring Program. "To now see 28 students receiving scholarships in a single year is incredibly meaningful. We are grateful for partners like the Nashville Predators Foundation and AT&T, whose support allows us to continue investing directly into the futures of Nashville's students."
