West Virginia State Treasurer Pack to Speak at UC Commencement Ceremony
West Virginia State Treasurer Larry Pack will be the commencement speaker as the University of Charleston celebrates its newest Golden Eagle alums on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The university's graduation ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. in the Wehrle Athletic Arena on UC's campus.
Treasurer Pack will also receive an honorary degree, presented by UC President Marty Roth and UC Board of Trustees Vice Chairman Dave Ramsey.
From accounting to nursing, digital professionals to new MBAs, and from emerging leaders in organizational, strategic, and workforce leadership programs, the over 400 graduates represent four of UC's five schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Health Sciences, the School of Business, and the School of Leadership. They include both undergraduate and graduate students.
The UC Concert Band and Concert Choir will perform during the ceremony.
