The Portland Police Bureau is requesting the public's help in locating a missing 57-year-old woman who has health concerns.
On the night of December 7th, 2025, between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Virginia Lopez De Torres left her residence located in the 10900 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard. Virginia was diagnosed with a terminal illness in January 2025, and she has been withdrawn from family since then. Both family and detectives are worried about Virginia's well-being.
Missing womanVirginia is a 57-year-old Hispanic woman. She has dark hair, stands at 5'4" tall, and weighs 160 lbs. Virginia was last seen wearing a lime green or yellow puffer coat, black pants, and tennis shoes. Virginia does not speak English. While Virginia does not have her medications with her, she has a difficult time following conversations due to the medications she takes.
