The message reads, in part:
"Supporting the defenders of our Fatherland is not just our moral imperative; it is a shared responsibility of the state and society. It is therefore most gratifying to see this gathering at the Russia National Centre, which has brought together participants and veterans of the special military operation, their families, government representatives, non-profits, businesses, experts, and media from across the country.
We must continue to consistently expand and strengthen the system of social guarantees for our frontline soldiers and their families. This means introducing new, meaningful initiatives and ensuring fair, tailored solutions for every individual situation. Furthermore, we will create new opportunities for our heroes to continue serving the Motherland with excellence. Their talents and experience must be fully utilised - whether in public service, in educating our youth, or in contributing to the economy and entrepreneurship.
In this connection, I would like to particularly acknowledge the extensive and multifaceted work of the Defenders of the Fatherland state foundation. Its staff is dedicated to enhancing access to medical care and rehabilitation for the combatants and veterans, while also providing crucial support with legal matters, professional retraining, and employment."
