Public invited to Veterans Day Ceremony Nov. 11 at Norman P. Murray Center

The City of Mission Viejo's annual Veterans Day Ceremony takes place at 8:30 am on Tuesday, November 11 at the Norman P. Murray Community Center.

The indoor ceremony will feature military keynote speaker Colonel Charles "Clay" Readinger, Commanding Officer of Headquarter Battalion, First Marine Division, and guest speaker retired Army Veteran Brendon Moeller. The event will also feature a live vocal performance by Chad Berlinghieri, a seasoned performer with the LA Philharmonic and Opera Pacific at the Orange County Performing Arts Center; presentation of colors as well as a three-volley rifle salute and taps. To support folks with hearing impairments, the ceremony will feature sign language interpretation.

After the ceremony, patrons will enjoy an outdoor reception in the Veterans Plaza.
