TRAFFIC ALERT New Castle County Winchester Bridge over the Christina River to Close for Two Weeks
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that the William Winchester Bridge on 4th Street over the Christina River, between Christina Avenue and Swedes Landing Road, will be closed to vehicular and marine traffic from 7:00 am Monday, October 28th to Friday November 8th at 3:00 pm. Pedestrians will be able to cross the bridge while preventative maintenance is done on the structure.
Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
