This year is the second year of the ADEKA Group's mid-term management plan, ADX 2026.
Let's run up to a higher stage in all of our businesses, with the keywords of "improving earning power," "promoting sustainability," and "building a strong management foundation".

We are in the process of implementing further change. It is important for us to be proud and aware that we are innovators in order to grasp the changes in society and lead us to sustainable growth.

Our "SOZAI" will change the world for the better who is created by the ADEKA Group's diverse innovators that transcends nationality, values, and age.

We are moving forward to a new stage with passion in our hearts, mutual respect, and sometimes heated arguments to achieve results.
