Maharashtra NEET PG 2026 Registration: Online registration for admissions to MD, MS, and Postgraduate Diploma courses in State Government, Municipal Corporation, Government Aided, and Unaided Private Medical Colleges in Maharashtra has been ongoing by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Candidates can apply online through the official admissions portal at mahacet.org till October 23, 2026 (11:59 PM). Online applications are invited from eligible NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates who fulfill the prescribed state domicile, academic qualification, and compulsory rotating internship criteria. The state counselling authority conducts admissions to 50% State Quota seats in public institutions and 100% seats in private unaided medical colleges. Registered applicants are required to upload scanned original certificates and fulfill payment requirements within the prescribed deadlines to be considered for the provisional state merit list and subsequent seat allotment rounds.

1. Visit the official website mahacet.org and click the link "Post Graduate Medical Admissions (NEET PGM 2026)".
2. Click on New Registration and fill in your NEET PG 2026 Roll Number, Test ID, date of birth , and mobile number.
3. Personal, academic, marks in MBBS, and details of internship must be filled in the application form by 23 October 2026 (23:59 Hrs).
4. Pay the nonrefundable registration fee of Rs 3,000 through the online payment gateway on or before October 24 (17:00 Hrs).
5. Attach good quality color scanned PDFs of the original documents (NEET PG Scorecard, MBBS Degree/Passing Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, NMC/SMC Registration, Maharashtra Domicile, and Caste/Category certificates if applicable) on or before 24 (11:59 PM).
6. Download, print, and save the final application confirmation page and fee receipt for subsequent rounds of verification.

Mandatory documents for category claims

The following certificates (issued by the competent authority of Maharashtra State) should be in the possession of the candidates and uploaded by them prior to the last date to avail the reserved category benefits in the Centralized Allotment:

• Caste Certificate - Granted by Sub-Divisional Officer/Competent Authority in Maharashtra.
• Caste Validity Certificate (CVC): All SC, ST, VJ/DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, SBC and SEBC candidates must submit the CVC. If the CVC is not produced, reserved category seats will be interchanged to Open/Unreserved.
