PSC Reschedules AEP Communication Briefing for 3.5.26

The Public Service Commission has rescheduled an allowable ex parte communication briefing for Thursday, March 5th at the conclusion of the 1 p.m. Commission Business Meeting. The topic of this allowable ex parte communication briefing, which comes at the request of the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff, Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc., South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC and Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Per Commission Order No. 2025-710), will be updates on the Southeastern Regional Transmission Planning (SERTP) stakeholder process pursuant to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 1920. More about this matter can be found in ND-2024-46-E. Please note that this hearing was previously scheduled for March 3rd, 2026.

This hearing will take place at the Commission's offices at 101 Executive Center Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29210. Those interested in watching this allowable ex parte communication briefing can attend in person; please arrive at the Commission's offices before 1:00 p.m. to sign in.
