Chairwoman Christine King Hosts Full Moon Yoga in the Park

City of Miami Chairwoman and District Five Commissioner Christine King invites the community to Full Moon Yoga in the Park with yoga instructor AnaMargret Sanchez on the next full moon happening Wednesday, April 1st at 6:30 p.m. The class is free and open to participants of all experience levels. Yogi AnaMargret is recognized for her yoga classes on Saturday mornings at Legion Park's Farmers Market attracting a massive community. She also leads a free yoga every Monday at the Legion Park Community Center, offered by the City of Miami, helping make wellness programming accessible to all.
"Yoga is powerful for the mind and body at every level, and we are truly blessed to practice together in one of Miami's most beautiful parks and beneath one of nature's greatest wonders, the full moon," said Chairwoman King. "It is a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us in our magic city."
