On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Kelvin Maldonado, age 32, of 71 Bridgham Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less. Mr. Maldonado was arraigned in Third Division District Court and granted $1,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jose Rivera, age 34, of 128 Cass Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less. Mr. Rivera was arraigned in Third Division District Court, presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $1,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested James Douglas, age 56, of 1155 Douglas Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance Over 10 Grams. Mr. Douglas was arraigned in Third Division District Court, presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $3,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Brady Tully, age 48, of 75 Mill Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Violation of No Contact Order - 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Mr. Tully was arraigned in Third Division District Court, presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $3,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Anderson Price, age 59, of 11 Evergreen Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance 10 Grams or Less. Mr. Price was arraigned in Third Division District Court, presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $1,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Angel Camilo, age 24, of 918 Cranston Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Simple Assault. Mr. Camilo was arraigned in Third Division District Court, presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $1,000 surety bail.

On January 8, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Jesse Ohara, age 20, of 24 Second Avenue 3L, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Ohara was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Sixth District Court by the Honorable Judge Capraro, who issued $2,500 personal recognizance, no unsupervised contact with minors and limited internet use.

On January 8, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested Roger J. Lavoie, age 53, of 32 Atlantic Avenue, New Bedford, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Middletown Police Department for Felony Larceny and Conspiracy. Mr. Lavoie was transported to the New Bedford Police Department and later arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice.

On January 8, 2025, members of the Auto Theft Unit arrested Amina Zaynieva, age 21, of 101 Cedar Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, or Public Official; and 2) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. Ms. Zaynieva was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where she was processed and provided with a future Third Division District Court date.
