Q2 2025 | Notional Volume remains elevated for Promoted & Deficient Listed Securities

Timely surveillance of Promotion and Deficiency data for all listed and OTC securities is critical for compliance departments.

In Q2 2025:

75.5% of notional activity in promoted securities occurred in Nasdaq listed securities, 21.1% in NYSE American, 3.1% in NYSE and 0.3% in OTC Market securities.

86% of Deficiencies were in Nasdaq listed securities, 9% in NYSE and 5% in NYSE American.
