"I have the honor today to be here and personally award you. Dear warriors, thank you for defending Ukraine and our territorial integrity. You are serving in a critically important sector. This is our country, this is our East. I wish you good health, take care of yourselves. And, of course, - victory over the enemy every day," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

During the meeting with the servicemembers, considerable attention was paid to weapons, scaling up drone production, brigades' needs, and the experience of the 1st Corps of the National Guard "Azov" and other units. The parties discussed developing and scaling up the drone component, including fiber-optic technologies. In addition, there is a need for closer coordination between drone and ground units, in particular for the parallel use of artillery, long-range and high-precision munitions. They also spoke about freeing Ukrainian warriors from Russian captivity and the efforts required to achieve that.
