Katten advised Keypath Education, a leading global EdTech company that partners with universities to deliver market-led, online higher education programs, in connection with the sale of its North American operations to Risepoint, a global higher education technology and services company that partners with universities to launch and scale affordable, workforce-relevant online programs. The transaction adds more than 20 university partnerships to the Risepoint platform and brings one of the largest clinical placement networks into its portfolio. The deal is significant because it pairs Risepoint's scale in online education with Keypath's knowledge in healthcare and clinical placement infrastructure.
