• Step 1: Attend an in-person 3-week workforce development training camp
• Step 2: Work as a paid intern with an industry partner
• Step 3: Enroll in a postsecondary training program for continued growth

Participants must be between 16-24 years old with little to no work experience and eligible to enroll in NCWorks NextGen.
