Notice of Temporary Road Closure on Cochran Street – Saturday, August 16, 2025
The City of Simi Valley would like to inform residents of a temporary closure on Cochran Street, between Tapo Street and Winifred Street, scheduled for Saturday, August 16, 2025.
Closure Details:
- 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Partial closure of the northernmost westbound lane
- 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Full closure of all lanes in both directions
Detour signage has been placed in advance of the closure area to guide drivers and minimize disruptions. An aerial map is provided below to show the closure area and designated detour routes.
All businesses and residences within the closure zone will remain accessible via Tapo Street or Winifred Street.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use alternate routes or to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
