On June 17, 2025 the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Mumbai, Aliaksandr Matsukou, met with the Governor of the State of Telangana, Republic of India, Jishnu Dev Varma.

The parties discussed the ways to intensify interregional ties and mechanisms for strengthening cooperation in the fields of industry, investments, agriculture, tourism, culture and education.

The Governor highly appreciated the Belarusian achievements in the above areas.
